Merrimac Football Club operates as a registered Not-for-Profit Organisation, meaning our focus lies in serving our members rather than generating profits.

 

Our mission is centred around creating a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for all individuals involved with our Club. We are dedicated to allocating our resources towards the growth and development of our organisation, prioritising the needs and well-being of our players above all else. Every decision and initiative undertaken by our Club is driven by our commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive community where everyone feels valued and supported.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY FEES?

This is a common question and one that is important for our members to understand. 

 

Registration fees paid by players include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Our sessions are created by qualified paid coaches (not parents).  All our Coaches are highly motivated and qualified at various levels having played both Nationally and Internationally.

  • Speed and Agility Training

  • Strength and Conditioning Training

  • Merrimac FC Nike playing kits – jersey, shorts and football socks.  Each jersey will be printed with players name and number

  • Participation in a full season of football

  • Registration with Football Federation Australia (FFA)

  • Registration with Football Queensland (FQ)

  • Registration with Football Gold Coast

  • Training equipment including balls, bibs, cones and portable goals available for your training sessions

  • Ground maintenance costs (We are not subsidised by Government or Council)

  • Utilities
